Growing up can feel like a lot sometimes.
Your brain, body and feelings are all changing, learning and discovering new things. And sometimes you might wonder, “Why am I feeling like this?”
The amazing thing is that your brain is always learning and adapting. It helps you notice what is happening, make sense of your experiences, connect with others and discover more about who you are becoming.
Feelings are messages. They aren't something you have to be afraid of or push away. You can become curious about them and notice what your body is telling you.
Your body can give you clues too — a tight chest, butterflies in your tummy, relaxed shoulders, a racing heart or a feeling of calm.
Learning to notice these signals can help you understand yourself with more kindness.
We don't grow alone. Safe relationships, connection, laughter and being heard can all help us feel supported as we find our own way.
There is no need to have everything figured out. Growing is a journey.
Be curious.
Be kind to yourself.
Listen inward.
And remember — there is more wisdom within you than you may realise.
